The Fruit Butchery, Sushi Counter and Hot Counter are conceived as three interconnected culinary stations unified beneath a continuous roofline, creating a cohesive architectural code within the club. Each station carries its own colour and material identity while maintaining visual continuity. The three counters are inspired by Asian street food stalls.
The Sushi counter is crafted in Japanese hinoki wood, crowned by a washi paper lightbox that evokes traditional lanterns, with bespoke hand painted wallpaper providing a refined backdrop.
The Hot Counter combines red travertine, wood, and brass, set against a wall of marquetry woodwork and stone.
The Fruit Butchery is defined by streaked green marble paired with wood and brass detailing and integrated refrigeration.
