Located in Lee Garden One, GYU+BAR restaurant spans two separate units divided by a public corridor—a constraint transformed into its defining gesture. Drawing on the Zen concept of Ensō, the design creates intersecting circular paths that echo the atrium’s geometry and link both spaces. Curved forms guide guests through open kitchens, framed views, and controlled transitions. Charred wood, stone, and luminous accents all respond to the rhythms of a cuisine built on fire, grounding the experience in continuity and movement.
