Alliance Francaise founded in 1953 welcomes 7,000 students per year. The Jordan Center inaugurated in 1975 is located in the most popular and traditional district of Kowloon is the largest.
The media library hosts cultural activities all year round. The architects designed the renovation to accommodate changes in the audience and teaching methods while allowing for future adaptability.
Throughout the space, thoughtful lighting, well-planned circulation, and dedicated rooms for young children and their companions are all present. The renovation took a record time of three weeks so as not to disrupt learning schedules.
The design of the facade is to reconnect the building to the city. Bringing the city into the center rather than integrating the center into the city.
